Workforce Engagement Groups
NFPA offers a number of programs designed to introduce students to fluid power activities and encourage them to pursue careers in the fluid power industry.
By participating in NFPA's Workforce Engagement Groups, your company will have the opportunity to engage with students in specific regions: Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, and Wisconsin. These are states where we have Fast Track Hubs or Power Partner universities.
These groups will serve as a forum to discuss activities and opportunities designed to connect NFPA members with the Fast Track to Fluid Power and Power Partner programs, giving participating members increased visibility to educational institutions in their region and recruitment opportunities to more successfully interact with students interested in fluid power.
Take part in one Workforce Engagement Group, or all four, and you will receive targeted information to support your company's recruitment needs in these regions.
