Creating more educated technicians

To create more fluid power-educated technical college graduates, the NFPA Foundation offers a number of student outreach and education programs designed to create a pathway into those colleges and into the fluid power industry.

We first introduce fluid power in middle schools, then provide fluid power educational experiences in high schools, then promote fluid power degrees and certificates in tech schools, and finally make connections to jobs in the fluid power industry.
